Written by Rene Francois Nicolas Marie Bazin, a French novelist and a Knight Commander of the Order of St. Gregory the Great. Bound in quarter crushed morocco with marbled boards. Externally, very smart with minor wear to the extremities and the odd small mark to the leather. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light age toning to the extremities. Near Fine.
