American Bio: The Founding Fathers is a set of short biographies that reveal the complexities and the challenges the men who founded the United States faced. In this collection the lives of five early American icons: Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Thomas Paine, Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson are explored with an examination of their linkage in the unfolding events of the early Republic.
