Cover is original red cloth boards, gilded on both front and spine, embossed on all 3 edges. Spine beginning to flake and is faded but in otherwise Good condition. Binding tight and in Very Good condition. Front and back cover faded and stained, corners bumped. Water stain damaged, especially the first few pages up to the index. First blank page at front with 2 chips. Two book seller stickers, inside front and back covers. Previous owners' names written on 2nd blank page at front and next-to-last blank page at rear. 108 pages of text, some foxing throughout, and water stains on final few pages. Otherwise in very good condition. 12 pages of advertisements, heavily water stained.
