Volume 3 begins with the Perryville Campaign, the battles of Fredericksburg and Chancellorsville. The Battle of Gettysburg is chronicled in detail by such famous officers as General James Longstreet, Colonel John S. Mosby, General Henry J. Hunt, General E.P.
