Deerskin leather crudely hand-sewn over flexible boards. No title to covers. 240 pp. with a abw frontis of Webster. This copy belonged to Esther Merrifield, as written beautifully on the front end paper: Esther Merrifield was born in Colrain in the month of February 13 Day 1785. Good. A solid coy but with obvious age wear: scuffing to covers and age toning to pages. Frontis, tattered at edges, is detached and laid in. Lower outer corner of leaf 25/26 missing. Old dampstaining to lower edges of first few pages.

We have about 1000' of backlog in our specialties numbering over 30,000 items (including 20,000+ smaller and ephemeral catalogues devoted to individual artist exhibitions). Current stock occupies over 2.3 miles of shelving. We are active buyers as well as very active sellers, and supply entire reference libraries as well as individual titles. We ship books almost everywhere, with the exception of China due to restrictions. Our website mullenbooks.com maintains our entire database of over 150,000 titles dynamically, so you can submit "wants" for books which are listed, but not currently in-stock.
