About the Author

Amy Tobin is the Culinary Director at the northern Kentucky cooking school, EQ @ The Party Source. Holding quite an extensive career in the cooking industry, Tobin has served as a recipe developer and consultant to several national food brands. A former contributor to Cincinnati Magazine and Cincinnati Wedding, Amy's career has also included the roles of interior designer, caterer, and cooking teacher. Host of Amy s Table: A Girl s Guide to Living on Cincinnati s WKRQ and a cooking program on CET, Tobin can be heard regularly on local radio and television.
