Complete text of the 1777 edition. Features an engraved frontispiece image of Philidor, along with title page and half title. 305 pages, plus 3 'rules' pages. Worming is present in the book, however this does not affect majority of the text. A beautiful bit of chess history, from one of the most influential chess players of the 18th century. Posting with tracked service.
