Research has shown that pathologies occur in almost half of all buildings. Based on the pathologies identified in buildings in the city of Rodeio Bonito - RS, and on the bibliographic studies carried out, this paper sought to address the procedures for identifying and correcting structural pathologies, seeking quick and feasible solutions in order to correct the problems and extend the useful life of the building.
