The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 had its inception as a bill in the Union Cabinet way back in 2013. The Act finally came into effect almost 5 years later in 2017. Thus, it is of great importance to check how fruitful the 5 year long wait has been for the Real Estate sector. This book is a review of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and try to specifically point out the lacunas existing in the Act.

Ahmadabad & EEIG-Global Commercial Licence, Europe. He has experience of working in prestigious institutes like IIM, Ahmedabad & companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mumbai.
