Pp. (10), 407; 176 text-figures (line-drawings), 1 color drawing of the face of Rhinopithecus, 14 black-and-white photos. Color pictorial green wrappers lettered in white, sm 4to. A detailed monograph of the anatomy of the genus Rhinopithecus. The text is in Chinese with some parts in English or Latin. Additional offprint entitled: "New Progress of Studies on Rhinopithecus bieti" by Ye Zhizhang with 16 color photos is laid in at rear. No ownership marks. Rare work seldom offered. Bump to bottom inner corner, some edgewear to wrappers; a clean copy in very good condition.
