About this title

Synopsis

The standard dental anatomy text for almost half the U.S. schools of dental assisting and dental hygiene, this is the only book that includes oral histology/embryology, head and neck anatomy, and tooth morphology in one concise, well-written resource. Outstanding, useful illustrations complement the material and assist with the beginning student's comprehension. Removable flashcards with information concerning the permanent and primary dentition are helpful tools for students studying for practical laboratory exams. Learning objectives and brief review exams allow students to test their knowledge of all content areas and identify areas needing further review.
