About this Item

"Book Club Edition" on its jacket's front flap, and first printing code "F 1" (January 1975) on the bottom of page 214. This book is in near fine condition, marred only by light bumps on its spine ends, and a slightly "cocked" spine (slight lean at its bottom, no lean at its top.) Its covers are unmarked and otherwise unworn. Binding is sound, with no spine crease. Pages are unmarked and unworn. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is also in near fine condition: whole, bright, and unmarked, with traces of wear on the ends of its spine and front flap fold, but otherwise unworn. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description.

Items will be carefully packaged to assure they arrive as described.
All shipments will be via US Postal Service unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping within the USA will be via USPS Media Mail. Priority shipping within the USA will be via USPS First Class Mail.
My current Standard shipping rate within the USA is US$4.00 for the first book, and US$2.00 for additional books in the same order.
There are two situations where I will refund to the buyer a portion of the postage charged by ABEBOOKS: (1) Separate orders placed on the same date for shipment to the same address will be shipped together, so I will refund half of the postage paid for the first book in each such second and subsequent order. And (2) Books described as "paperbacks" in my descriptions weigh less than other books, so I will refund US$1.00 of the paid shipping fee for the 2nd and subsequent paperbacks in the same order shipping to the same address.
