About the Author

Derek Croley has practiced martial arts since the age of 8, and began his teaching journey at 13. Since then he has studied every art that has peaked his interest, he has lived and trained in China, travels to learn more constantly and has for years, and have even visited Israel to learn the most modern of fighting arts. He has dedicated his life to learned and sharing martial arts with his students.
