Rubbed marbled boards, rubbed leather corners and spine, the latter with black label lettered in gilt. Internally inscriptions by two previous owners on front pastedown dated 1841 and 1910. All pages missing prior to page 11 (showing Wood Ant), soiled and name across top margin. Approximately 20 of the subsequent pages similarly soiled but mostly clean. Pp. 11-224, 24 (index) + (1). tight binding. Size: 24mo - over 5" - 5¾" tall.
