Angel in the Ozarks

In the shadow of the Ozark Mountains, the tiny logging town of Dogwood Springs, Arkansas, clings to three unbreakable pillars: An unshakeable faith in God, the fierce love of a close-knit community, and the Friday night roar of high school football. The early season removal of the head football coach, coupled with a shocking scandal that unexpectedly erupts, threatening reputations, families, and the very soul of the town. The only man left to lead the team is Josh Beckett, a battle hardened Marine just home from active duty. The scars of service have convinced him that God doesn't exist. All he wants is solitude and the last thing he needs is a bunch of small-town kids, nosy neighbors, and an eager community that is determined to drag him back into the light. The season hangs in the balance as the town rallies around their reluctant coach in hopes of bringing back faith and stability to their community. Through hard struggles on the field and quiet acts of kindness off of it, faith begins to crack even the hardest of hearts? Can a town built on grace help a man who's lost his own? In Dogwood Springs, miracles don't always look like miracles, sometimes they look like second chances.
