Angela (Paperback or Softback)

Two sisters. Two different characters who are sharing their life journey during hard times.

A dramatic story by a Canadian author about brave Irish women from the 19th century who dared to break the rules of a hypocritical society. They had to leave their homeland because of hardship and injustice.

Their childhood and loss in early years made them even stronger. Their love, friendship, and faith have led them to a better future and eventually to their individual passions.

A Story of Second Chances

This story was inspired by the life of the author's Irish aunt, Angela. Angela was an older woman when Georgia and her sister, Linda, travelled to Ireland and stayed for a few days with her and her spinster sister.

Angela told them that when she was a young woman, her beau left for America, promising to send for her. He did! But when Angela received his letter, her mother convinced her not to join him. She obeyed her mother, instead of her heart.

Georgia thought Angela's story was sad; a love lost tale. She wanted to give Angela a second chance at finding love.
