With over one hundred and thirty scholarly articles and publications to his credit, along with a number of books and monographs, his research has won national and international awards of distinction. He has lectured on five continents and advised country leaders at the highest levels. An accomplished biographical profile listee in Marquis Who s Who in the World and in Who s Who in America since 1992, Dr. Babbel received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. He presided with his wife over the Brasília Mission from 2002 to 2005.
