He has lectured on five continents and advised country leaders at the highest levels. An accomplished biographical profile listee in Marquis Who s Who in the World and in Who s Who in America since 1992, Dr. Babbel received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. He presided with his wife over the Brasília Mission from 2002 to 2005.
