Full crimson leather with gilt titles to banded spine and gilt design front and rear; all edges gilt; moire endpapers with matching ribbon page marker. Smyth sewing and concealed muslin joints; printed on archival paper. Limited edition of the 1972 Pulitzer Prize winner for fiction. A beautiful copy in mint condition. The Franklin Library Pulitzer Prize Series was a limited edition series of the 53 Pulitzer Prizes awarded to Novels from the first in 1918 through 1979. The series was published from 1975 to 1980.
