As a positive psychologist I am aware of the anxiety and even depression that girls can experience in the tumult of growing up. Capturing some of the actual situations that get them down and then explaining how to get past these issues is what this series is set up to do.

Or she can actually make selfie films with her phone which can be a great enhancer for self esteem and sharing one's creative talents. Who knows, maybe she will be the next female famous for great film making that started with her responses to Ansgt!
