Briah Anson, M.A., is a Certified Advanced Rolfer(tm) and Rolf Movement®Practitioner who has been practicing Rolfing® Structural Integration (SI) for over 30 years.
In addition to writing, speaking, and teaching, she maintains a full private practice in St. Paul, Minnesota with clients ranging in age from infants to seniors. Since the start of her Rolfing® practice she has pioneered the field of Rolfing® animals. From macaws and parrots to Inuit sled dogs and show horses, she has creatively applied Rolfing® SI to rehabilitate and encourage the true potential of our animal friends.
Anson wrote and published Rolfing: Stories of Personal Empowerment (1991; 1992; 1998). She produced and directed the video entitled Growing Right with Rolfing (1996), a documentary featuring her work with children under the age of four; and she has produced several videos on her animal work.
Anson's key strength is her breadth of experience with integrated care modalities coupled with her commitment to enriching every client, person or animal with whom she works.
