Light soiling to covers. Red cloth spine has about a 1" tear at top, back edge. Looks like covers may have gotten damp & red cloth spine has bled onto back cover. Interior is very good & clean. Book does not look like it has ever been read & the peek a boo activity has not been used (as the folds are not yet creased.
