About the Author

Thomas Heffron is director of communications for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and a graduate of the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia. He is the author of the children's picture book I See the Animals Sleeping: A Bedtime Story, which is also published by the AASM. Thomas lives outside Chicago with his wife and children.
