Animals in the Spirit World (Paperback or Softback)

Animals in the Spirit World is a validation of animal soul survival. The author's respect and love of animals is felt throughout, as he recounts from first-hand experience moving tales of reunions between animal spirits and their human friends. A lovely book, a treasure of sensitivity and understanding of life's ways, written in uncomplicated language. Although most religions reject the idea of animal consciousness surviving death, the evidence given here, through the credible mediumship of Harold Sharp and others, indicates strongly that it does survive and that those animals which have bonded with humans are often present in the afterlife to greet us and continue their friendships. First published in 1966, this slim book is long overdue for re-release.

Although most religions reject the idea of animal consciousness surviving death, the anecdotal evidence coming to us through credible mediumship strongly suggests that it does survive and that those animals which have bonded with humans are often present in the afterlife to greet us and continue their friendships.  This book offers some very interesting, intriguing and entertaining stories of such survival.    – Michael Tymn    Editor, Journal for Spiritual and Consciousness Studies

The bond of love and loyalty between a human and his or her animal companion can be profound, life-changing and immeasurable. As a consequence, the loss of that beloved animal can be crippling. Harold Sharp's book explains with gentle simplicity and touching examples why 'death' can never sever that uniquely precious bond, and why reunion of human and animal loved ones is not only possible but inevitable.  – Susan Farrow: Publications Director, Spiritual Truth Foundation

Harold Sharp’s moving little book carries the scent of truth. In uncomplicated language the author tells us things many will deem impossible. They are, nevertheless, true and the reader feels it.  The animal stories he tells in such a natural, compelling way are charming, particularly the one about the adorable little sparrow. My own experience is in ITC and through it I have been in verbal contact with some of the beloved animals that made my life richer. This is indeed a lovely book, a treasure of sensitivity and understanding of life’s ways.     Dr. Anabela Cardoso: Director, Editor,  ITC Journal
