xxxii; 637pp. Volume II of two published in the Popular Edition of 1914 with the author's original two-page introduction of 1832. This edition is undated but is presented in brown boards with gilt titles to spine. The author was an English-born officer of the British East India Company and an oriental scholar. Head of spine slightly chipped and brown boards show signs of wear and rubbing. Pages unevenly cut except to top edge. One page of rear endpapers creased. Internally in very good condition with no markings.
