And Another Thing

THE MAGIC OF LITTLE SQUIGGLES AND STRAIGHT LINES.

A book is a magical device. It can make you laugh, cry, think, and stare into space with astonishment. In 'And Another Thing, ' the author practices some magic of his own. It all started with a campfire and a gentle Texas night full of stars. I asked some what-if questions of my friends: What if there were tiny construction robots that could build skyscrapers? What if a man hijacked a time machine to commit murder? Can an echo of a past life reach out to help a living soul? How would you react if a secret life-changing event from the past, caused by someone long dead, was revealed to you? What if an actual being from another world lived among us? Who discovered writing, computers, jokes, God, and flipping the bird at bad drivers? It's all in here. In this magical little book. My friends insisted I go to bed.
