Delariviere Manley and Joseph Browne were the principal editors of the journal at the time, with Swift playing a major role as well. Swift has been suggested as a possible author of this article, but it is not included in the Teerink/Scouten bibliography. Of this edition ESTC records only the Royal Irish Academy copy in the British Isles, and three in the United States.
