The Answer

In a world full of puzzling problems, it’s nice to find a source of practical solutions. From God’s own Word, Dr. R. A. Torrey delves into the specifics of what Christianity is all about and offers biblically sound responses to probing questions, such as:

• Can I be forgiven of every sin I’ve ever committed?
• How much power does Satan really have?
• Is there a chance to be saved after death?
• Can a minister be a tool of the Devil?
• What will people look like in heaven?
• How can I get rid of sin in my life?
• Will there be marriage in heaven?
• Can I be perfect in God’s eyes?
• How can I be sure I am saved?

Here you will find both rousing and comforting words—words to strengthen you and words to stir you. Most of all, you will find biblically based truths—truths that have stood the test of time and will endure throughout eternity. As you learn to combat the false teachings of others and to silence those nagging inner doubts, you will experience the vitality and joy that come from knowing God’s truth.
