Condition: Good, covers are rubbed around edges with general shelfwear and some sunning and staining. Binding sound. Bookplate of Lord Walsingham bearing the motto " Excitari non Hebescere" on front pastedown. Text lightly browned throughout with occasional foxing. Some pages have waterstaining to the very edges. 608pp. including index. Engraved portrait frontispiece of John Weever. Five engraved plates of armorial monuments lettered A-E.
