Gilt floral decorations to spines with black leather spine labels lettered in gilt. Marbled page edges and plain endpapers. In very good conditions. Rubbing to boards and spines, leading corners bumped and chipped, chips to paper on board edges. Endpapers and prelims clean, no penned inscriptions. Some mild foxing to pages, mostly to titles, end pages, and Preface in vol.1. Else pages clean and tight. Else a very good clean and tight set. 3 vols: viii + 336, 348 & 372pp. With Glossary.
