Joints starting. Occasional old marginal notes in ink and pencil. Foxing and minor spotting. Dampstain in the middle of the first leaves. Large stain in outer margin on pp. 177-80. Numerous dampstains, mainly in lower margin and towards the end in outer margin and text, also on plates, of which the last two are heavily dampstained.
