Do you ever wonder what it might be like to not feel anxious all the time?
The good news is you no longer have to feel alone and isolated.
The You, Me, and Anxiety Journal helps you identify anxiety, recognize its symptoms, and take intentional action to manage and overcome it so that it no longer has a negative grip on your life. This journal is perfect for anyone who knows they have anxiety and ever:
- Struggles to get out of bed in the morning;
- Dreams of getting a good night's sleep;
- Has stomach flips at the thought of going to school;
- Often feels alone and afraid to try new things or do familiar activities;
- Finds it challenging to hang out with their friends or go to parties;
- Often feels irritable or angry; or
- Experiences frequent stomach pains or headaches (or both).
The key to navigating life with anxiety is taking action and this journal will guide you on the action to take to discover a more peaceful, joyful life.
I don't promise that using this journal will make overcoming and managing anxiety easy, but it is a tool to help you navigate through it. The more action you take, the better your outcome will be.
Are you ready and willing to take intentional action and embrace your thoughts and feelings and transfer them from your mind to paper? This is the first step in navigating anxiety and overcoming it.
