Brightly illustrated wraps, staple bound. Wraps have light soiling and wear, else very good. This promotional magazine was published quarterly; it was first published in spring of 1910 and ceased in midsummer 1911 (OCLC). "A periodical of the constructive new time in the affairs of Eugene - the home city of Oregon" contains many photographs of apple orchards and town scenes and articles about homesteading, poultry, and the growth of the city. Four institutions carry this periodical (it is unspecified which issues) as of November 2021. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 28 pp.
