Jack Baldwin found out the world was ending on a Saturday. This Saturday.

When the 17-year-old gets the inside scoop that a comet is on a collision course with Earth, he dives into prepping like his life depends on every decision, and it does. The only thing he can't prepare for is how dark things will turn after impact, and that’s not just the global ash cloud.

Fate spares him impact night, but ushers in a different kind of brutal — colder, hungrier, and far more dangerous than the impact itself. With food running out and the remaining survivors turning on each other, Jack must reinvent himself to adapt to this broken world. But is who he needs to become someone he can live with?

Told in Jack's own words — day by day, entry by entry — Apocalypse: Diary of a Survivor puts you inside the head of a teenager navigating the end of the world with black humour, hard-won resourcefulness, and the stubborn refusal to quit.

Book 1 of 4. Jack's story is complete. The Norwood series (The Parade, books 1-3 available now, with more coming) expands the same universe from a different angle.

Perfect for fans of The Hunger Games, The Maze Runner, and Susan Beth Pfeffer's Life As We Knew It.
