The Apocrypha according to the authorised version

This edition presents the Apocrypha according to the Authorized Version, offering readers access to these significant religious texts. The Apocrypha, a collection of books included in the Septuagint and the Vulgate but not considered canonical in Protestant Bibles, provides valuable historical and religious insights.

Included within are texts such as Tobit, Judith, Wisdom of Solomon, Ecclesiasticus, Baruch, and the Books of Maccabees, offering a rich tapestry of stories, wisdom literature, and historical accounts relevant to the intertestamental period. This version allows readers to explore these texts in the familiar language of the Authorized Version, fostering a deeper understanding of their theological and historical context.
