Application of Mathematics and Optimization in Construction Project Management

This book provides a broad overview of project and project management principles, processes, and success/failure factors. It also provides a state of the art of applications of the project management concepts, especially in the field of construction projects, based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Hêriş Golpîra has accomplished his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering-Operations Research and System Engineering from Sciences & Research Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran (2016). Currently, He is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Sanandaj Branch, Islamic Azad University, Sanandaj, Iran. He is the author and co-author of more than 60 journal/conference papers.
