Dorothy DeWitt is Associate Researcher and retired Associate Professor in the Curriculum and Instructional Technology Department at the University of Malaya, Malaysia.

Rafiza Abdul Razak is Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instructional Technology, Faculty of Education, University of Malaya, Malaysia.
