The fundamentals of the concept of enterprise knowledge (knowledge-based corporation) are disseminated in the literature as an alternative to the enterprise model using the capital or human labour (capital-intensive and labor-intensive respectively). The spatial dimension of knowledge creation is effectively solved through the Internet technologies; interactivity of cooperation significantly shortens the time horizon of strategic decisions in relation to operational decisions.
