L'une des pires formes des enfants identifi�e par la Convention 182 est le dur fait de la participation des enfants aux conflits arm�s.Cette situation v�cue depuis 1996-1997 en R�publique D�mocratique du Congo (RDC), � travers les diff�rents conflits arm�s dont elle a �t� la cible,n'est que d�solante...Aussi � travers cette �tude , il s'est agi d'analyser la mani�re dont la RDC a �t� affect�e par cette situation ainsi que les proc�d�s et solutions th�oriques, juridiques , sociaux ou pratiques d'int�gration de la convention 182 en RDC.
