L’irrigation est un facteur limitant pour la production agricole et le d�veloppement socio-�conomique de nombreux pays des r�gions arides et semi-arides dans le monde. Cependant, la durabilit� des syst�mes irrigu�s n�cessite une gestion rationnelle de la ressource en eau qui devient de plus en plus rare dans ces r�gions. L’objectif de ce travail est d’appliqu� un syst�me d’information g�ographique (SIG) coupl� � un mod�le de calcul des besoins en eau des culture (CROPWATER) pour la gestion des eaux d’irrigation dans un p�rim�tre irrigu� et d’offrir aux gestionnaires un outil efficace pour mieux g�rer les ressources en eaux dans ces p�rim�tres. La zone d’application du SIG est le P�rim�tre irrigu� du Moyen-ch�liff occidental qui est situ� dans une r�gion semi-aride (plaine du Moyen-Ch�liff). Le p�rim�tre en question assiste � une dynamique agraire consid�rable et un besoin accru � l’irrigation de la majorit� des cultures.
