The fourth chapter has been studied solar sausage drying and study the characteristics and chemical and sensory for sausage, the aim of this study to increase the rate of drying compared with the traditional method. Chapter fifth presents design of solar milk pasteurizer which is very important to use it in rural areas which far from cities. In the chapter sixth has been studied the design of solar dryer under vacuum for drying Fish and used several mathematical models and match them with practical results to get the best design.
