He shows how to carry through such applications in the fields of education, business, government, religion, and everyday life.

The book is written so as to encourage the reader to project himself sympathetically into the standpoint of each successive school of thought, and thus to accustom him to apply for himself each of the standard philosophic techniques. This is a must read for any student of philosophy.
