Fluke Distinguished Professor of Engineering, Director of Industrial Engineering and Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington in Seattle and Professor of Industrial & Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He holds BSIE, MS and PhD degrees from Virginia Tech.
