Geri Schneider is the founder of Wyyzzk, Inc. a company focused on improving the practice of software product development. She specifically helps companies improve in the areas of business agility, solution anthropology, iterative development, business architecture, and software architecture. She has taught software engineering courses at Northern Arizona University, University of California, Carnegie Mellon University, and HiLCoE College. In her spare time she mentors a FIRST Robotics team. Jason P. Winters is a staff research engineer at the Robotics Institute of Carnegie Mellon University. He has previously been a staff engineer for Cadence Design Systems and Octel Communications. In his spare time he mentors a FIRST Robotics team and indulges his passion for photography.
