A proud graduate of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers apprenticeship program, McCray has leveraged his training to become a champion for working families and underserved communities. His leadership has driven over one hundred legislative wins focused on economic empowerment, public safety, and community revitalization. McCray&#8217;s story has been featured in <i>The Washington Post</i> and on MSNBC and C-SPAN. He resides in Baltimore with his family, where he continues to serve as a voice for change.</p>
