Arc Geometry Baseline Reference Text

Volume 0 serves as the baseline reference volume of the first Arc Theory set. It fixes the series naming, terminology policy, closure grammar, appendix jurisdiction, controlled vocabulary, reference posture, and source-primitive audit anchors used to stabilize later cross-volume alignment. This frozen Version 22 also records the Core Algebraic Appendix as a source-primitive audit anchor without replacing the independent mathematical proof work reserved for Volume IV.
