Book plate of Abercromby of Birkenbog Bar't to front paste down. The first Baronet, Sir Alexander Abercromby of Birkenbog (1603-1684) was a Covenanter and member of the Scottish Parliament. Condition: Insect damage, most pronounced at prelims, but reduced to a pin hole through bottom margin of text pages. Pages somewhat grubby. Detailed photographs on request.

If your book order is heavier than this, I may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. NOTE that I charge the same shipping cost to all EU countries, but the ABE system makes this rather difficult to set up; if you are ordering from an EU country not on the shipping costs list and so are charged the general International postage rate, I will refund the difference when processing your order. TAX on orders from the EU: our recent departure from the EU has left muddle and confusion for sellers and customers alike. For items costing more than 22 Euros VAT will have to be paid by the customer on receipt of the order, and possibly a handling fee levied by your postal service.
