No dust jacket. Hardcover. Ex-Library. Embossed library stamps on front endpaper, title page and at one or two further points. Library plate of George Simon, Earl of Harcourt, on front pastedown. Leather-bound spine and leading corners. Edge-worn and rubbed boards with a few scores and creases. Spine is worn, rubbed and chipped. Bottom right edge of spine is cracked. Small tear on right side of spine foot. Leading corners are split. Foxing on page block and pages; foxing is heavier at front and rear of volume. Pages are a little warped. Minor penned marginalia on front pastedown. Library label on BEP. Contents are clear throughout. Binding is sound. AF. Seller Inventory # 436002
