When a college student, a housewife, an elderly wheelchair-bound women and a small boy go missing in Virginia, Sam Osborne is called into the case. About the Author

Swope is a long-time newspaper columnist who didn't start writing books until she was in her eighties and who celebrated her 90th birthday as Architect of Fate was released. She has written The Fate Series in partnership with author daughter Genilee Swope Parente, a seasoned magazine editor. The two also collaborated on a book of short stories, Holiday Connections.
