Mr. Jackson's professional career includes service in the US Navy Space Systems Command, Vice President J.P. Morgan Chase, Worldwide Sales Executive for IBM and Director Cloud Computing Solutions, Engility Corporation. His recent projects have included the NATO Advanced Transformation Command (ATC) Command and Control 2020 Study, a study and live demonstration of a future command and control architecture that would incorporate a federated trust environment (FTE) capable of leveraging global cloud services providers.
Mr Jackson is a National Cybersecurity Institute Fellow. His first book, "GovCloud: Cloud Computing for the Business of Government" was published by Government Training Inc. and released in March 2011. His second book, released in 2012 by the same publisher, is titled "GovCloud II: Implementation and Cloud Brokerage Services". His latest publication, "Practical Cloud Security: A Cross Industry View", was released by Taylor & Francis in July 2016.
